IT'S VEGAN MOFO TIME AGAIN!!!
Can't believe how insanely quick this year has gone.
For those of you who don't know what Vegan MoFo is let me enlighten you.
Vegan MoFo is when vegan bloggers of the world try to crash the servers at google and yahoo by blogging about veganism as much as is humanly possible (and beyond) for the entire month of October.

i love vegan mofo, even though i don't post as much as i should. but there are so many great ideas and blogs to read!
OMG. That means that we first became acquainted ONE YEAR AGO. Time flies.
Either way, I hope to participate as much as possible. I haven't been posting much lately, but this'll give me a good topic about which to blog and a reason to try out a few new recipes.

Vegan MOFO is how I met you, and others I never knew, so I think it's pretty worth it.....
I have a breadmachine! I've only used a few recipes with success. I've found the dough really can't be too wet, otherwise it sinks. And vital wheat gluten helps a whole lot in whole wheat breads.
