Mummy treehugger has moved over to Spain. She arrived on her birthday so a Cake was definitely called for.
This is the same recipe as the Sticky Toffee Pudding Cake (man I LOVE LOVE LOVE that recipe) but this was covered in butter cream.
I didn't even think to get an inside shot - can you blame me?
