Vegan MoFo Day#11: Weekend eats

Quickie post today (I know - all my posts have been quick lately).
Saturday's dinner was jacket potato with garlic mushrooms and salad.

And what's a Sunday without a Sunday roast?

Carrots, broad beans, runner beans, potatoes, peas, stuffing and onion gravy.Deeeee-liscious.

GO VEGAN! Go MoFo!

Saturday's dinner looks so comforting. We don't eat enough baked potatoes at our house. I really need to pick some up at the store today. Thanks for the idea.

I love boiling potatoes without having to cut into them. They kind of have a pop to them. :)
