hmmm.. I need to find this wheat gluten... is this what will make my neatballs solid and not crumbly??? Is it seitan-y like or powder?? Not sure what to look for... oh and give Nonna a kiss for me! :)
Mmmmmm! I love meatless balls. ;o)
meatballs cooked in a muffin pan... meatins? muffballs? whatever, they sound and look deeeelish.
OMG! that looks incredible. congrats on hanging in there with vegan mofo!!
Haha! You crack me up!
That dish looks so good! I bet if you had an Italian vegan Nonna, she would be very proud of your balls! :P
mmm those meatballs look super yummy!
Guava - you can't find VWA???? I feel a swap coming on for sure...
Using VWG does hold them all together so as they won't crumble - who wants a crumbly meatball?
Felicity - muffballs made me snort tea out my nose!!
Hahahahaha
Thanks for your comments peeps.
:)

The month is almost over honey. What are you going to talk about after that?
another word! "cossity". still doesn;t beat "lowner" hehe
These sound fantastic! You are my hero, I have yet to make any vegan meat myself and I so want to. I always buy the stuff in the stores and think it must be almost as bad as the real thing with all the preservatives, etc. You rock!
Oh, yes, these spices sound just right. Looks delish!

If I didn't know better, i'd swear those were REAL meat balls! They look tasty!
