Hello Kitty Birthday Cake

Made for my friend Sonya, the cake was the Jelly Doughnut Cupcake recipe from Veganomicon doubled, spread with vegan buttercream and decorated with ready roll fondant.
Cute huh!

oh my gosh that's so cute Jeni!!! I love Hello Kitty!
I need to break that book back out to test some of the recipes to see if i can de-glutenize and de-soy them. i decided to stop eating all meat again and since i can't have eggs or dairy....well, we know what that means: i'm a gluten, soy, refined and cane sugar free vegan. i think i like the challenge or something. :)
